What the job involves

  • The Amazon Marketing Team within SharkNinja drives our products through the Amazon platforms across Europe whether that’s set up, content, optimization, creative positioning through to driving demand and awareness for our products
  • We strive to achieve best in class content and customer journey in order to deliver the best customer experience of our products when shopping on the Amazon platforms
  • The Digital Marketing Manager is a professional responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing online marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands
  • They play a crucial role in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across various Amazon digital channels
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor online marketing campaigns across Amazon Platforms such as DSP and AMS
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), track ROI, and provide regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets ensuring optimal ROI
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve media conversion rates, including A/B testing of creative and messaging through the media customer funnel
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and plan/forecast to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Agency Management: Setting clear objectives and expectations; Establishing clear goals, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and expectations for the agency to ensure alignment with the our vision and objectives

Consumer demand for new and better home appliances continues to grow. SharkNinja serves this demand by designing and manufacturing innovative home goods and devices. Specifically, it has a growing line of solutions that consist of Shark cleaning and home care products and Ninja kitchen appliances.

SharkNinja has been in operation since 1994, which is testament to the quality and popularity of its products. Since its initial launch in Canada, the company has expanded into the US and the UK. In 2017 SharkNinja was bought by CDH Private Equity for over $1.5 Billion, further proof of its impressive market value. Perhaps more evidence is that it brings in annual revenues of around $4B.

SharkNinja’s main challenge is facing down big-name competitors such as home appliance giant Dyson. In fact, through innovative design, it seized the market-leading spot in traditional vacuums from Dyson and is only second to iRobot in sales of robotic models. A 2023 IPO saw an extra $296 million in funding added to SharkNinja's pot and was followed by product launches in new sectors such as air conditioning and food cooling, indicating that the company is still full of new product ideas.
