• The Customer Administration Engineering (CAE) team is a vital part of Coinbase’s Enterprise Applications and Architecture org, responsible for decomposing and/or building bespoke internal services that integrate with customer data, and enabling an improved and more secure customer administration platform that streamlines many internal business unit processes across Coinbase using these tools
• This helps resolve customer issues faster and with greater accuracy and ultimately, this leads to higher customer satisfaction levels and a better overall experience for Coinbase workforce and customers
• The Engineering Manager to manage, enable, and grow the CAE team of 3 FTEs and 10 Contractors, leading the team to help build a best in class customer administration platform and services and support Coinbase’s goals of improving security, compliance, and cost by decomposing monolithic and outdated services to our current standards

• Manage a team of 13~ Engineers (FTEs and Contractors) to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions against the product backlog of requirements and functional capabilities
• Collaborate with product and customer experience teams with demos and feedback to help build the next generation customer experience for Coinbase customers
• Deliver cross-functional outcomes to complex problems in collaboration with product, design, security, data or other engineering teams
