Who you are

  • At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, tech-focused environments

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a full-stack Recruiter to join our Berlin based Talent Acquisition team. You’ll run full-cycle searches and strategically partner with both commercial and tech teams to hire talent in our 9 hubs across Europe, US and APAC
  • Talent Acquisition at Talon.One is a part of our People & Culture team. We collaborate closely with all other pillars of People & Culture - People Operations, People Partners and Workplace & Community
  • Our goal is to effectively attract, evaluate, and hire great talent to support Talon.One’s success. We achieve this through continuous collaboration with stakeholders, staying attuned to the talent market, and implementing best practices in everything we do
  • Own and drive all aspects of the hiring life cycle
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop creative strategies and streamlined processes that identify the right talent for Talon.One
  • Use innovative and creative sourcing techniques to spot, attract, and engage top talent
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Analyze pipeline health with data, keeping stakeholders in the loop and making informed decisions to optimize the hiring process
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, understanding how our ATS and data storage impact reporting and hiring insights

Our take

Paradoxical to its mission statement of creating developer-free promotion tools for companies, Talon.one was actually founded by several software developers. Boosted by a hard-hitting client list that includes Mercedes, Delivery Hero, and Adidas, Talon.one initiates and automates loyalty programs, discount campaigns and coupon offers for product-oriented businesses.

In 2022, Talon.one partnered with Big Commerce to offer promotion engine features to Jimmy Brings, an Australian alcohol delivery company. This collaboration with Big Commerce, alongside other companies involved in the project, highlights Talon.one's integration capabilities. It demonstrates the flexibility of Talon.one as it collaborated effectively with various software companies, showcasing its extensive potential in promotion tools.

Talon.one has a varied product service that includes coupon, referral, gift card, and loyalty software as well as product bundles and wallet solutions. It’s this variety that makes them such good partners on larger promotion strategies, as long as the quality remains rounded across all its products.
