Who you are

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Product Specialist, focusing on the lower end of the market in the East region
  • This role involves handling more transactional sales cycles, focusing on high-volume, quick-turnaround deals
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales in the lower end of the market, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses with more transactional sales cycles. Close deals quickly and efficiently, ensuring a steady flow of new business
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing. Ensure that all opportunities are effectively managed and moved through the sales process promptly
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and position Kandji’s solutions as the best fit for their IT management requirements
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Kandji’s products and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to effectively communicate Kandji’s value proposition to prospects
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to the Sales Manager. Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement

Device and application management is essential for the maintenance of an IT stack, with particular emphasis on frequent updating and compliance. This can be a laborious and repetitive task, so management software exists to automate these processes. However, existing solutions are generally aimed towards IT departments running on Windows.

Kandji provides a mobile device management platform that facilitates the remote maintenance of Apple-based IT stacks. Users can manage IT devices, applications, networking and compliance within a zero-touch automation system. The need for this service in companies using Apple hardware is clear: it has been adopted by major enterprises such as Belkin, Crunchbase and Notion.
