  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field ; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
  • 6 years of related experience in a product role in software or other related field

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept through detailed execution and delivery
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable feature development and release plans
  • Your focus will be on prioritizing and sequencing development tasks to deliver significant and tangible business value
  • You will transform your ideas into real, high-quality products that delight our customers daily
  • You will build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across multiple engineering, design, project management, and business teams
  • Additionally, you will engage with senior leaders within product development and throughout the company, ensuring alignment and advocating for your customers
  • Your role will require meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier products
  • Deeply understand the needs of our business and customers to build clarity on the requirements to build a resilient, reliable product
  • Influence stakeholders and engineers with the right data points by driving clarity and alignment
  • Create and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often and highlight risk early
  • Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience, Customer Success, and Go-to-market teams to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of the product
  • You will be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas
  • You will own the roadmap for the product, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to execute the vision
  • As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas
  • Use your insights and knowledge from enterprise customers, as well as broad technical subject matter expertise, to train and enable a scalable product
