Who you are

  • We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to streamline and optimize our marketing processes
  • Experience & Expertise: 2-4 years in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Technical Know-How: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively
  • Optimization Skills: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data segmentation, and campaign performance improvements
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

  • As a key member of the Revenue operations team and in close collaboration with the Marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing systems that enhance operational efficiency, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting revenue growth
  • Your insights and technical expertise will drive decisions that improve marketing impact and scalability
  • Drive Campaign Success: Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to enhance campaign performance and generate a strong inbound pipeline
  • Unlock Insights: Analyze marketing data to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer acquisition funnels, sharing actionable recommendations with the team
  • Ensure Data Quality: Maintain data integrity, quality, and segmentation of our inbound and self-serve leads to support targeted marketing strategies
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Optimize Lead Strategies: Continuously improve lead generation, scoring, and nurturing programs to boost conversions
  • Deliver Engaging Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and retaining customers, aligning with sales objectives
  • Manage Tools & Vendors: Oversee external vendor relationships and ensure smooth functioning of marketing technology platforms
  • Document & Experiment: Create detailed documentation for processes, A/B testing frameworks, and performance reporting to drive consistent improvement
