Role
Who you are
- If you have a creative and innovative mind, Leadtech is looking for you
- Degree in Law and proven experience (no less than 5 years) in a corporate legal department or a law firm
- Strong background in digital business, privacy matters, intellectual property and software contracting
- Strategic vision. Excellent ability to analyze and assess processes, spot issues and propose/implement solutions to effectively support business strategies
- Communicate and negotiate with external third parties (partners, providers, lawyers, public bodies, etc..)
- Proactivity and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision to accomplish business goals and mitigate risks
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of international laws and regulations related to corporate matters (e.g USA)
- Knowledge of corporate affairs, procedures and operations

- Commitment to accuracy and quality of information generated
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow-through on numerous projects simultaneously
- Adaptability to planned or unplanned changes
- Team player. Stay aligned to corporate and team guidelines
What the job involves
- Provide legal advice and support for existing business models (websites and apps) as well as new ones
- Managing legal and compliance matters to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while minimizing risks
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Reporting legal risks to the Board of Directors
- Prepare and review NDAs, contracts, legal texts as well as other documents to help and support the business growth and expand
- Ensure adequate response to inquiries from regulatory authorities and/or third parties concerning the Company's operation in different market niches
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
