Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have supported compliance programs end-to-end, monitored privacy laws, and proactively implement processes related to privacy and product compliance

  • 0+ years of experience working in privacy, due diligence, risk management, and compliance or equivalent experience

What the job involves

  • Persona is looking to bring on a Privacy and Compliance Support Analyst
  • As an early member of the technical program management team, you will support multiple workstreams such as our efforts with privacy programs and internal due diligence programs
  • You will be the go-to person for delivering on day-to-day operations for our company to stay compliant with domestic and international privacy regulations
  • You'll learn how a fast-growing startup stays ahead of these changing regulations, while receiving mentorship from some of the best security and compliance experts in the industry
  • Support due diligence: Own pre-sales security questionnaires, due diligence forms, and vendor assessments; collaborating closely with sales, post-sales, and growth teams
  • Train and develop our team: Educate cross-functional partners and other personnel in privacy and product compliance best practices
  • Optimize processes: Research, implement, and manage new tools to optimize internal efficiencies across teams
  • Maintain compliance: Support our Product Compliance Manager with executing internal KYB (Know Your Business) efforts and GDPR efforts
  • Build for scale: Resolve complex issues that may not be well documented, and apply your knowledge to improve and create procedures and documentation for massive scale

Recently, Persona partnered with Member Driven Technologies (MDT) to enhance identity verification for credit unions. This partnership enables credit unions to adjust their identity verification flows in real-time based on risk signals, improving user conversion and fraud deterrence. The collaboration aims to streamline operations and strengthen fraud prevention, both digitally and in branches. Since founding, Persona has been scaling its offerings and now boasts a worldwide presence, serving clients in nearly every country and supporting 20 languages.
