Role

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in a CRO or Growth role with a strong track record in A/B testing and funnel optimization
  • Deep understanding of analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Looker, Tableau), experimentation tools (Optimizely), and qualitative research methods (e.g. Hotjar, typeform)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-informed mindset
  • Hands-on experience working cross-functionally teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to share findings with clarity and impact
  • Solid grasp of user psychology and decision-making processes, with the ability to identify and leverage behavioral triggers that influence user actions
  • Experience with CMS platforms and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus
  • Fluent in English

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a passionate and data-driven CRO Manager to join our Product team and take ownership of our conversion rate optimization efforts across the customer journey
  • You’ll play a key role in growing our business by transforming insights into experiments and delivering tangible improvements to user experience and conversion performance
  • As part of the Acquire squad, you will work daily with Product team, UX/UI, Engineers, Data Analysts and Marketing team to ideate and implement high-impact A/B tests, personalization strategies, and new landing page experiences that move the needle
  • Monitor and analyze performance of landing pages and experiments using analytics dashboards (Visit to Lead, Visit to Trial Booked, Visit to Customer, etc.)
  • Design and manage A/B tests and personalization initiatives to improve conversion rates across our acquisition funnel
  • Identify user friction and insights using heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and product analytics tools
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX/UI, and Data teams to plan, implement, and analyze CRO experiments
  • Document and share experiment learnings and insights with stakeholders, iterating based on findings
  • Maintain a clear and prioritized experiment roadmap aligned with product and business strategy
  • Lead and define CRO goals and strategy within the Product & Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives
  • Benchmark performance and explore new growth opportunities via market and competitor research
  • Support CMS-based content and SEO efforts by collaborating on the design and development of new landing pages and components
  • Ensure a user-centered approach is embedded in all CRO efforts
