Operations Associate (Coordinator), Checkatrade

• End-to-End Innovation – Support the full lifecycle of innovation, from ideation to product launch and early incubation
• Operational Execution – Ensure new and existing Labs initiatives are successfully executed by collaborating with in-house teams, tracking launch timelines, and meeting key deliverables
• Driving Efficiency – Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and embed key performance metrics into daily workflows
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytical tools to interpret data, track marketplace dynamics, measure operational performance, and drive continuous improvements
• Solving Complex Challenges – Work closely with cross-functional teams to address high-impact problems, ensuring our new initiatives enhance commercial success and complement existing products
