Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with technical expertise in data platforms and integration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field
- Extensive experience in solution architecture, data platforms, data integration, metadata management, data governance, data modeling, and data engineering
- Technical expertise in OCI PaaS and SaaS data services
- Proven track record in leading and managing data enablement projects and team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder communications and provide clear, concise status updates
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Availability to do international business travel on a regular basis
What the job involves
- The Data Lead is responsible for leading, organizing, prioritizing, and ensuring the delivery of the squad
- This role involves planning and organizing squad work, managing stakeholder communications, reporting status, risks, issues, and dependencies, and acting as the primary point of contact between all the stakeholders
- Lead, organize, prioritize, and assure the delivery of the Data Enablement Squad, ensuring alignment with the strategic and tactical objectives
- Assume full responsibility for planning and organizing all Data Enablement Squad work to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives
- Act as the lead in the resolution of any issues that arise during project execution
- Manage all stakeholder communications, providing regular status updates, and reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies
- Act as the primary point of contact between the all the stakeholders of the project
