What the job involves
- Manychat is building out its marketing function and we’re looking to add a few key hires, one being our first Head of Marketing Operations
- This role will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes within the marketing team, driving operational efficiency, and managing the MarTech stack
- Streamline and improve marketing processes
- Oversee our suite of marketing technology tools ensuring proper integration and utilization, and introducing new tools when appropriate
- Develop dashboards and maintain metrics that help drive the overall marketing strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment between marketing and company-wide objectives

Over 80% of businesses currently use chatbots to provide a variety of automated services to customers. However, chatbots are generally uniform and provide standardized responses, unless the business staffs a chatbot programmer.
ManyChat provides a platform for the creation of customized chatbots without needing any experience in coding. The startup focuses on providing small businesses opportunities to equip the messaging services of their Facebook and Instagram business pages with automotive customer service tools.
The company has grown a huge customer base of over a million businesses, powering more than a billion conversations each year. Though there is tough competition in this field, including new AI chatbots arriving on the market, ManyChat's focus on ease of use and code-free customization will likely ensure its ongoing popularity.
