Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in consulting
- Experience developing executive ready materials and decks
- Experience with analytics and excel and ability to synthesize data and insights
- Understanding of HR best practices and principles
- Experience with complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
- Experience leading and operating governance mechanisms in an organization using agile methodologies with a product mindset
- Experience in mid-size, matrixed and multinational organizations
- Ability to create executive ready presentation materials in PowerPoint
- Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
- Adept at change management and communication, with ability to influence across stakeholder groups
- Flexible working style, comfortable adept at shifting between planned and unplanned planning initiatives and being decisive when faced with ambiguity
What the job involves
- In this role, you will collaborate with partners and stakeholders across HR to analyze their priorities and strategic imperatives, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions
- You will be part of the team that defines and drives the HR strategic planning approach and process for the organization
- Analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for HR strategy team
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Create executive ready materials for senior leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
