Who you are

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting
  • Experience developing executive ready materials and decks
  • Experience with analytics and excel and ability to synthesize data and insights
  • Understanding of HR best practices and principles
  • Experience with complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior executives

  • Ability to create executive ready presentation materials in PowerPoint
  • Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
  • Adept at change management and communication, with ability to influence across stakeholder groups
  • Flexible working style, comfortable adept at shifting between planned and unplanned planning initiatives and being decisive when faced with ambiguity

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will collaborate with partners and stakeholders across HR to analyze their priorities and strategic imperatives, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions
  • You will be part of the team that defines and drives the HR strategic planning approach and process for the organization
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for HR strategy team
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Create executive ready materials for senior leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
