Role

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships management or business development roles, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry, including an understanding of key players, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with partners
  • Ability to analyze partnership performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships and maximize outcomes
  • Proficiency in managing multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously, from initial contact to execution and ongoing management
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
  • A successful candidate can quickly flip between strategic thinker (such as goal alignment between brands) and relentless project manager to keep Vetstoria and its partners on track to deliverables/timelines

What the job involves

  • Vetstoria has forged strong relationships with major players in the veterinary industry to drive growth in the reach of our products
  • In this role, the Partner Manager will strategize and maximize agreements between companies within our portfolio and our partners, facilitating the daily interactions and project management needed to deliver expected results on time
  • Generate revenue through partnerships via co-marketing & referrals
  • Conceptualize and execute co-marketing campaigns with our partners to maximize revenue potential
  • Lead conversations with marketing-driven partnerships to maintain and expand our network of partners
  • Own the partnership journey from researching, managing, and, if needed, off-boarding
  • Be the principle contact with our partners, from our longest-standing partners to brand new companies we’re opening conversations with to represent Petvisor companies
  • Track and manage all partner deliverables, including any cross-functional support needed internally or through external vendors/contractors
  • Track the impact of our marketing efforts and create partner facing reports with useful insights to shape future programs
  • Boost brand awareness leading to enriched partnerships through creative campaigns (i.e., webinars, joint case studies, social media, etc.)
  • Coordinate and attend physical and virtual partner events
  • The impact of this role will be measured by the achievement of revenue targets and joint partnership goals

  • Associations / Co-Marketing Agreements

Our take

Assisting vets and administrators with schedule management, the platform helps to reduce the volume of calls received whilst providing clients with 24/7 booking capabilities. Vetstoria competes with Planfy and Vcita in this space – as well as a set of legacy solutions.

The platform now serves thousands of practices in countries across the globe. Having achieved annual growth targets over the past few years, the Vetstoria team is now set to increase growth across product and hiring.
