Who you are

  • Must be a bilingual Canadian French/English speaker
  • 2+ years of professional work experience

  • Proven track record of successful high volume cold calling experience
  • Demonstrated ability to generate interest with CXOs, VPs and other decision makers at large Enterprise accounts
  • Must be a positive, team-oriented, self-starter who can work independently and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and other prospecting tools
  • Experience prospecting into fortune 1000 accounts with complex Enterprise sales cycles strongly preferred
  • Identity Management and/or cloud security experience is a major plus
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada and the US as needed (3-10% of the time)

What the job involves

  • Saviynt is looking for a motivated and energetic native Canadian French/English speaker to drive pipeline building efforts for the Canada region!
  • Meet/exceed KPIs including daily/weekly activity metrics and monthly/quarterly opportunity creation goals
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Partners to book meetings and create qualified opportunities with key stakeholders at target accounts
  • Outbound prospecting into Fortune 1000 companies including heavy cold calling and targeted email/LinkedIn outreach to CXOs, VPs and other decision makers that fit Saviynt’s Ideal Customer Profile
  • Qualify inbound leads and increase conversion rates through diligent follow up, adhering to defined SLAs. Become a subject matter expert with the ability to align business challenges with Saviynt’s value propositions
  • Overcome objections, identify buying windows and uncover compelling events that result in closed/won business
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records on lead activity in Salesforce.com to ensure effective lead development and a seamless hand-off to Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on all digital and field marketing activity, including occasional onsite event attendance (as needed)
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

Sayvint’s Identity Governance and Administration platform helps secure access to corporate systems in the cloud such as Workday, Office 365, AWS, Salesforce, SAP and Hadoop. It was created to offer an innovative, modern solution as its founder believed that existing identity services were not optimised.

By spending its early years in stealth mode, developing its product technology and switching to a cloud based model, the company was well prepared for a quick up-scale. This has been achieved partly because of the fact that it favours targeting large companies, boasting clients like Marriott, BP, KuppingerCole and Toyota Connected.

Sayvint faces a major rival in the form of SailPoint, which was an earlier entrant in the space, and went public sooner. However, Sayvint is growing rapidly and has converted some notable customers from SailPoint in the process. The company has continually invested in its platform to maintain a competitive edge, earning industry recognition along the way, and has recently concentrated on securing new customers and growing its partner ecosystem.
