Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional technology projects from requirements definition through solution delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrive in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent project and program management skills, with experience in methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, and others
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and technical proficiencies
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, contractors, and vendors
  • Proficiency in business applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Visio

Desirable

  • Solid understanding of enterprise TCP/IP network theory and architecture
  • Hands-on experience with various operating systems (Windows, UNIX/Linux, macOS)
  • Experience in delivering AV projects and managing IT infrastructure projects (colocation, network deployment, production operations)
  • Familiarity with information security, relational databases, and cloud computing
  • Experience within complex organizational settings (PMO, geographic dispersion)
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
  • Flexibility to travel, both domestically and internationally, and work within global time zones

  • In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, push boundaries, and drive transformative change across our IT infrastructure. As a TIPM, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the transition of critical IT Services to an externalized network platform, ensuring our customers receive secure, customer-obsessed outcomes that align with our business strategy

  • Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within agreed-upon success measures, budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering, scoping, project approval, planning, and verification of strategic goals
  • Develop gap analyses, functional specifications, project schedules, and milestones
  • Assemble diverse project teams, assign responsibilities, and foster an inclusive and collaborative environment
  • Assess costs, benefits, and risks, and proactively identify and mitigate high-priority issues through effective action and appropriate escalation
  • Balance business needs with technical and security requirements, ensuring seamless integration
  • Communicate goals, responsibilities, issues, and status effectively to customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Lead and streamline the transition of IT Services into production, establishing feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders and service owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity

The company is present in numerous verticals, including cloud computing with Amazon Web Services, AI with its range of Alexa devices and a global marketplace more commonly referred to as 'the everything store'.
