Who you are

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
  • 10+ years of increasing sales leadership responsibility managing direct and indirect revenue
  • Experience creating, building, scaling, and leading a crucial sales function within a complex and diverse SaaS company
  • Experience successfully operating within a SaaS org with $1B+ annual recurring revenues
  • Influential thinker, communicator, and SaaS revenue thought leader who gains acceptance of others in sensitive situations across all channels, mediums, and cultures
  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills inside and outside of Procore
  • Demonstrated high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is desired

What the job involves

  • Procore is looking for an Area Vice President of Enterprise Sales to create the strategy, cadence, and execution necessary to scale revenue across our Enterprise Sales organization in North America
  • This role has North America span of control and is a third line Sales Leader, responsible for 3 organizations each segmented by new logo and existing expansion teams
  • In this role, you’ll partner with critical stakeholders within our Revenue, Finance, Operations, Product, and Strategy organizations to establish a consistent approach in order to develop strong customer relationships
  • This position reports to our VP Up Market Sales North America
  • Develop, implement, and execute the vision, framework, and strategy to consistently acquire and grow our customer base across all Enterprise prospects and customers across North America
  • Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales organization while leading and influencing a significant cross-functional matrixed team focused on meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Be accountable for consistent accurate revenue guidance and visibility to the VP of UpMarket and NAMER executive leadership
  • Inspire your team of 80+ sellers to do their best work and coach your leader and reps to develop their careers and execute with excellence
  • Refine and improve current go-to-market sales strategies by leveraging metrics and analyzing trends in the business and partnering with key team members across Procore’s go-to-market team
  • Conduct a thorough talent and performance management process to foster a culture of performance, inclusion, belonging, and ethical behavior
