Who you are

  • Over 3+ years of experience in Product Management in a SaaS company, ideally within E-commerce or Marketplace industry
  • Data as your second language
  • You adeptly interpret insights, guiding strategic decisions with a keen eye on impactful metrics
  • Led User-Research and Product Discovery, with a knack for uncovering the heart of user needs and translating them into actionable Product features
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to market, with a track record of successful Go-to-Market strategies
  • Fluency in English and native in French, with strong communication skills that enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly

What the job involves

  • As our first Product Manager at Veesual, you'll be at the forefront of product development with a data-first approach, working closely with our Co-founders: Maxime (CEO) and Damien (CTO)
  • You’ll own the Product Roadmap and Strategy, ensuring it's data-informed, leveraging our rich dataset to prioritize features and initiatives that align with our strategic goals and market demands
  • You will lead our Product Discovery and User-Research, ensuring that every decision and innovation is backed by solid metrics
  • Your mission
  • Roadmap & Strategy: Partner with our Co-Founders to develop a comprehensive, data-informed Product roadmap
  • You'll be instrumental in moving from concept to execution, focusing on translating high-level ideas into detailed, actionable, and metrics-based plans
  • Data-Driven: Harness our wealth of metrics to drive a more data-informed Product development process
  • Your expertise will turn data into actionable insights, guiding our journey towards becoming a metrics-based Product
  • Discovery & User-Research: Dive deep into the needs and wants of the end users
  • You'll be orchestrating workshops, user feedback sessions, and research initiatives to ensure our Product is always aligned with user expectations and market trends, backed by quantitative and qualitative data
  • Go-to-Market: Lead the charge in bringing our groundbreaking features to market
  • Your strategic vision and execution will ensure our innovations make a splash, resonating with users and partners alike
  • Leadership: Take the reins of our Product backlog, prioritizing and driving the execution of feature development to maintain momentum and deliver exceptional value to our users
