Who you are

  • This role demands a proactive leader capable of managing paid ad channels, organic growth strategies, and partnerships effectively
  • Experienced: 3-5 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) setting within the fintech sector
  • Skilled: Profound knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, and display marketing, with expertise in tools like Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Analytical & Proactive: An analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, you are known for your meticulous time management and proactive approach in a dynamic environment
  • Hands-On Leadership: Ability to lead by example, ready to both strategize and execute hands-on tasks to drive growth

What the job involves

  • We seek a seasoned Senior Growth Manager to drive our next growth phase
  • Working under the Head of Marketing, this pivotal role involves spearheading the strategy, planning, and execution to acquire new customers and boost revenue
  • Strategic Growth Management: Implement and refine growth strategies to expand Creditspring’s user base. Lead multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (including Meta and Google Ads), focusing on the systematic testing and optimisation of advertising content, alongside managing partnership and affiliate channels
  • SEO Excellence: Elevate our keyword rankings and organic traffic through cutting-edge SEO strategies, enhancing web content visibility to boost site visits
  • Organic Growth: Drive growth through email marketing with an emphasis on segmentation and personalisation, manage nurturing campaigns for waitlist leads, and supervise referral programs that encourage user growth via network sharing
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse behavioural data to identify growth opportunities and present comprehensive marketing data to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and data-driven culture within your team, providing mentorship to foster their growth and development
  • Partner Outreach & Account Management: Initiate and cultivate partnerships to open new growth channels and maximise revenue, while managing existing partner relations to ensure optimal pricing and commission structures
  • Innovation and Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying innovative strategies to advance our marketing efforts
