What the job involves

  • The Brokerage team is the core of Robinhood and is responsible for many of our founding products
  • As a member of this team, you'll be at the epicenter of all the action, orchestrating and crafting the very essence of what defines Robinhood
  • As a senior designer for options, you'll have the opportunity to craft innovative experiences that serve the investing needs of our options customers, empowering both new and sophisticated investors with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions
  • The ideal candidate will be able to map out a diverse set of creative solutions and work with leadership to help craft Robinhood’s products
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fidelity sketches and prototypes
  • Partner closely with your cross-functional team to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
  • Leverage data and user insights to inform your decision-making and drive business impact
