Role

Who you are

  • 2+ years of first or second line leadership and people management experience in B2B managing complex, multi-year deal cycles
  • 6+ years of quota carrying sales experience in B2B SAAS
  • 4+ years of experience selling high six and seven figure opportunities
  • Sales experience in Tier 1 Enterprise Accounts, preferably selling to legacy industries (financial services, insurance, banking, etc)
  • Experience coaching to sales methodology (MEDDIC)
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience selling to insurance companies and/or the Salesforce ISV partner ecosystem

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an experienced B2B Enterprise and Strategic SaaS sales leader to take our Strategic sales team to the next level
  • This role oversees a team of 5-6 Strategic Sellers at AgentSync!
  • Own and hit the ARR quota roll-up of your team with an 90/10 split of New Logo Acquisition and Upsells/Cross sell to existing book of business
  • Manage a team of 4-6 AEs within the Strategic AE Team, responsible for the largest insurance organizations in the US
  • Be an active member of the Strategic deal teams: overseeing that AEs are acting as the CEO of their territories, aligning on strategy, persona mapping, use case development, and executive alignment for six and seven figure opportunities
  • Advance and improve existing sales and forecasting processes
  • Recruiting and hiring world class sales talent
  • Culture champion: culture of consistent high performance through instrumentation and coaching of sales process
  • Provide support on highly complex large strategic deals through cross functional collaboration and team selling
  • Continue to iterate on the foundation of our high velocity Customer Engagement Process
  • Reinforce MEDDIC sales playbook
  • Partner closely with product and marketing to drive strategy
  • Take smart bets: A/B test our sales plays and find opportunities to improve
  • Denver based and in office 3 days per week

Having studied at Boston University, Jenn worked for almost 3 years as a Borrego Solar Systems Analyst before working for Bluewolf, LinkedIn, Dropbox, and Stripe for a combined 9 years. They co-founded AgentSync in 2018 and have been CTO since May 2020.

Niranjan started their career with 4 years at LinkedIn before spending a further 4 at Zenefits in Sales Strategy. They left this position in Septemeber 2018 to co-found AgentSync.
