Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Halcyon

• This role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing systems, driving recruiting analytics, and enabling high-performance hiring teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• 4+ years of experience in talent operations or HR systems administration, preferably in a startup or hypergrowth environment
• Expertise in managing ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and related tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker/Tableau, driven by data and metrics
• Experience with process automation and operational efficiency
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical hiring environments is a strong plus

• We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our recruiting function
• Process Design & Optimization: Build and maintain efficient, scalable recruiting workflows, from requisition to onboarding
• ATS & Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), scheduling tools, and integrations with HRIS, and background check systems
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to track key recruiting KPIs, continuing to improve and advise our efforts as we grow
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring practices comply with relevant regulations and cybersecurity industry standards
• Recruiting Enablement: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate experiences
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party recruiting tools, job boards, and external agencies
