Who you are

  • Experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing
  • Pro-active and outgoing personality, with an understanding of how to gather requirements to execute in a precise and efficient manner
  • Social Media management know-how, with a focus on corporate communications on LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Startup / Scaleup experience (worked in businesses under 100 people ideally)

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth plans across the marketing mix from lead-generation efforts and coordinating digital marketing campaigns and inputting into the company-wide marketing strategy
  • Reporting to our Global Head of Growth, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Manager and make a significant impact on the business, contributing to our mission of transforming the multifamily real estate market through the development of innovative technology
  • Take ownership of the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate lead generation, including sourcing leads and analyzing data
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events and campaigns
  • Lead the creation of impactful marketing content that positions our AI tools as industry-leading solutions. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and other content formats
  • Develop and manage the company's social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Create engaging content, grow our follower base, and drive meaningful engagement with our audience
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Continuously optimize strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to leadership

Our take

With rising interest rates and a global labour shortage, mutli-property real estate operators are having a hard time servicing their properties effectively and within budget. At the same time, tenants are not having their needs met, with legacy communications systems leading to poor response times and frustrations around repairs and lease renewals. Enter Travtus, a startup providing an AI teammate to support management teams and respond automatically to renters' concerns.

While other tools exist for real estate operators, these are mostly modified customer relationship management tools and chatbots. As a machine learning-trained assistant, Travtus' solution stands alone in its market niche. Led by a founding team with a lot of experience in the real estate sector, its product not only covers tenant relationships but automates a wide variety of management tasks, allowing real estate businesses to focus on essential operations.

In 2022, Travtus completed a seed funding round led by RET Ventures. It will use this investment to increase its marketing reach and to continue to develop its product. As market forces continue to squeeze both property owners and tenants, it seems likely that Travtus' solution will be increasingly valued.
