  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record developing data-driven product analytics solutions and key stakeholder relationships

What the job involves

  • You will play a key role driving business growth by providing strategic & analytic insights, with an emphasis on identifying, modeling, and optimizing key metrics across the company
  • You will work directly with Bilt’s leadership as a key influencer driving growth and strategy at Bilt
  • Be instrumental in growing Bilt’s data function as needed to support the business goals
  • Define and analyze metrics that quantify the performance of Bilt’s product suite in the markets that we serve
  • Lead the modeling of data into usable and scalable formats to drive speed-to-insights and self-service analytics
  • Own end-to-end development of reports/dashboards/tools used by your direct stakeholders and a diverse set of teams across the company
  • Define and analyze key events in the customer lifecycle to identify the opportunities most important for growth, product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization for Bilt’s platform
  • Create and maintain dashboards communicating KPIs and other analytics to an executive audience
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and influence product and strategic roadmap

Millions of Americans participate in credit card programs that enable them to earn points from everyday spending. Bilt is a loyalty program that enables renters to earn points from what is typically their largest monthly outgoing: rent.

Landlords have long been unwilling to accept payment by credit card due to the high fees involved, an issue Bilt is tackling head-on. Within a few months of launching in mid-2021, Bilt was serving more than 2 million rental units. Whilst focusing on rent payments in the beginning, Bilt hopes to morph into an end-to-end service for renters looking to buy a home, which could eventually involve becoming a mortgage provider.

Bilt is targeting a lucrative market of 109 million renters in the US alone, with 4 million rental units using its platform. The company has secured impressive funding of more than $200 million led by General Catalyst Partners, which it is using to expand its Rewards Alliance programme - a partnership of multifamily, single family and student housing operators - alongside the local merchant focused Neighborhood Rewards program.
