Who you are
- Multiple years of experience in marketing operations
- Proven expertise in streamlining and enhancing business processes for heightened efficiency, as well as familiar with scaling and refining processes to fit the evolving needs of a growing organisation
- Strong skills in handling, interpreting, and analysing data, as well as, at converting insights into tangible, actionable strategies
- Tool Proficiency and experience with various marketing tools, especially CRM platforms like Hubspot
- Communication and Presentation Skills, fostering communication across various departments, ensuring alignment in objectives and strategies, as well as, presenting complex projects to leadership teams
- Strategic Thinking, demonstrating the ability to envision the broader picture, thinking several steps ahead. Proficient in crafting long-term strategic plans that align with the company's objectives
What the job involves
- As our Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, your mission is to optimise our marketing efforts to achieve maximum efficiency and output, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices
- Collaborate Strategically: Act as the bridge between the Marketing, Sales, and Onboarding teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment in strategies and objectives
- Oversee Data: Monitor the quality and integrity of data within Hubspot and other marketing platforms
- Manage Processes: Regularly review and refine marketing processes for optimal efficiency
- Manage Tools: Oversee the use of Hubspot and connected platforms
- Take care of Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the marketing team
Our take
Amenitiz provides hoteliers, B&B owners, and rental property managers with a single platform for back of house operations. The company was co-founded in part by a pair of serial entrepreneurs and former hotel managers who were well aware of the industry pain points.
Streamlining all back of house operations into one platform is a shrewd move, as hotel managers often have to micro-manage multiple booking channels. Amenitiz’s offering also integrates with a hotel or B&B’s Property Management System (PMS), which is certainly a well-considered feature.
There’s little doubt that Amenitiz’s package solves plenty of problems and, with strong funding at its back, growth should be on the horizon. The company is using its 2022 funding to expand into more European markets, launch more products, and grow its team.
