Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum of 1+ year of related experience in sales support, or tech support
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • An aptitude to learn new skills and to grow professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
  • Preferred experience with adservers, affiliate tracking or CRM software or similar platforms (e.g. DSP, Salesforce)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote environment

What the job involves

  • The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for building/linking all B2B2C assets and managing resource repositories.
  • This role will collaborate with the Sales Enablement and Sales teams to facilitate effective tracking off all assets designed to support partner growth
  • Utilize established naming conventions to construct and link all partner assets
  • Assemble and link all B2B2C emails
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to quality check all assets and confirm accuracy
  • Upload and manage assets within the resource repositories, including updating assets in the Ad Server
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation outlining the steps required for linking and maintaining B2B2C assets and emails
  • Aid the Sales team on any inquires related to tracking links
  • Provide assistance in managing our Project Management Board in Monday.com
