• The Sr. Product Operations Manager will be responsible for elevating and accelerating ID.me’s Product team by establishing tools, systems, and processes and driving their adoption & adherence.
• This role will require an experienced individual contributor to independently solve problems to help the Product team move faster & more effectively
• The Sr. Product Operations Lead will report directly to the VP, Product Strategy & Operations
• Design and Own Product Insight and Feedback Loops
• Establish systems and processes and implement tooling to facilitate intake & synthesis of product feedback
• Route and track bugs and escalations to ensure important issues are addressed within established SLAs
• Align and Accelerate Execution
• Leverage product development infrastructure (people, processes, and technology) to drive software development life cycle efficiencies
• Develop consistent progress reporting mechanisms that align key stakeholders
