Who you are

What the job involves

  • We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team
  • In this role, you will own a book of Jasper's commercial customers, drive renewals, and ensure retention for 30-50 MM Accounts
  • Reports to the Senior Director of Customer Success
  • Work with 30-50 of our Mid-Market customers to leverage AI in their specific industries and businesses
  • Serve as a customer advocate by building a strategy to manage the engagement and success of our customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers to drive broad product adoption and ensure they reach high levels of satisfaction with the product
  • Become a product expert: Develop best practices to share with customers, helping them best leverage Jasper's full functionality
  • Interface closely with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to share client feedback, resolve escalations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and directly impact the product roadmap

Jasper allows enterprises to create written copy and content quickly for a range of purposes, from SEO rankings to ad conversions and social media posts across a growing list of languages.

While AI has been going mainstream across many industries, its use in creative content production, rather than content analysis, has largely been met with doubt. Jasper is attempting to up the standards with its writing assistant, which can generate original long or short form content based on a short brief.

With over 100,000 customers, Jasper is used by a number of high-profile companies such as Google, IBM, and Airbnb. While ChatGPT has been dominating the news space surrounding generative AI, it has significant limits resulting from overburdened servers and a long waitlist to use the product - whereas JasperAI provides faster results and is readily available. The company is well set to see further growth as it rides the rising popularity wave of generative AI.
