Who you are
- Business Administration, Hotel Business, ..
- Experience in a multi-occupant space (coworking) or a single-occupant space with more than a 100 people
- Bilingual / native proficiency in French, as you'll have to speak day-to-day with french coworkers, you also need a fully professional level in English in order to pass company-wide announcements
- Comfortable using the Google suite (Excel, Docs)
- Ability to react and to be quickly at the office, in that way living close to the office is preferable
What the job involves
- Part of the Facility Management team, you'll be overviewing the premises of Deepki's French office
- Support the Facility manager in all his daily activities related to the office maintenance
- Support the logistics when events are taking place in our offices / Collaboration with events organisator for logistics
- Maintenance of the ticketing tools, answer collaborateurs requests and needs
- Creation of office badges, dispatch of mail and parcels, technical assistance
- Checking that the premises are in good order (technical maintenance, compliance with hygiene standards, daily rounds of the building)
- Assist the various support teams (HR, IT, Security, Accounting and Finance)
- Management, transmission and follow-up of various logistics invoices
- Reporting of information subject to correction so that decisions can be taken

Indeed, the company has seen 100% year-on-year growth over the past few years given the real estate sector’s increasing need for insight into their ESG performance.
2022 funding, co-led by One Peak and Highland Europe, will be invested into greatening Deepki’s impact by funding its support of more asset owners in combating climate change as well as accelerating its international deployment.
