Who you are
- 2+ years project management experience
- Previous experience managing projects in manufacturing, production or distribution environments
- Strong technical acumen and elite problem solving skills
- Track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Able to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written
What the job involves
- We are actively hiring a manufacturing Technical Project Manager to join our Applications and Partnerships team in Los Angeles, CA!
- This is a great opportunity to join Machina Labs in a role that is integral to our success and the delivery of our cutting-edge robotic manufacturing solutions to our clients in the aerospace, defense and automotive industries
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Work cross-functionally to establish and execute clear project goals and expectations
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, regularly providing project status updates
- Identify active and potential risks, coming up with solutions quickly to maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to establish and improve our project management tools and best practices
- Enable the success of our team through continuous motivation and refocusing throughout every stage of the project
- Support the other project manager on the team with daily, weekly and monthly project planning as needed
