Who you are

  • Previous experience in HR, with a focus on L&D and/or Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR software and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Passion for continuous learning and development
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on practical solutions

What the job involves

  • We are seeking an adaptable and proactive Talent Generalist to join our Human Resources team
  • The Talent Generalist will be instrumental in managing various HR responsibilities aligned to recruitment, performance management, and employee development
  • This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can effectively balance multiple responsibilities and contribute to our organizational success
  • Maintain the Talent Team’s knowledge management repository in Confluence
  • Administer Cint’s LMS, including support for learners and providing data on platform engagement
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities
  • Implementing employee engagement surveys via Cint’s HRIS HiBob
  • Assisting in the deployment of Performance Reviews
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including replying to GlassDoor responses, to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
  • Coordinate invoicing for 3rd party agencies
  • Coordinate SHL testing and other psychometrics
