Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Superior analytical skills – balance both quantitative and qualitative data with experience and intuition to craft and present insights

What the job involves

  • We're seeking an exceptional and passionate Senior Product Manager to tackle one of the most critical challenges faced by our growing customer base: accounting
  • The Senior Product Manager Accounting at Lodgify will be the strategic leader driving the discovery and delivery of accounting and reporting solutions for our users
  • You will be instrumental in understanding and addressing the complex accounting needs of property managers and property owners, ensuring they have the tools to automate financial tasks and stay compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the accounting customers’ needs and landscape of actors to develop a state-of-the-art accounting tool suite that sets industry standards
  • Envisioning and executing a product vision and strategy that not only anticipates industry movements but also caters to future customer needs
  • Continuously analyzing customer feedback and product metrics to identify short and long-term opportunities
  • Spending significant time with users and commercial teams will keep you closely connected to the core problems in your area of ownership, enabling you to make well-informed decisions
  • Driving high-velocity iterations with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and QAs, ensuring the validation, building, and scaling of impactful initiatives
  • Defining the roadmap and OKRs that align with the company objectives
  • Managing product releases and rollouts by keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Collaborating and aligning with other squads will be essential, as the accounting space is highly connected to many different domains
