Who you are

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales development or lead generation, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role

What the job involves

  • As an SDR Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our sales success by leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that the team efficiently qualifies leads, schedules appointments, and works closely with the sales team to turn prospects into loyal customers.
  • You’ll be tasked with developing strategies, setting ambitious goals, optimizing workflows, and recruiting top-tier talent to enhance the performance and effectiveness of the SDR team
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of SDRs to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals
  • Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and targeted training to equip SDRs with the necessary skills and knowledge for success
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary
  • Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs to strengthen and maintain a dynamic and effective team
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance lead generation and appointment-setting efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and effective outreach strategies
  • Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement
  • Regularly review and refine scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies to stay aligned with industry trends and evolving customer needs
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting the SDR team’s performance and contributions
