Role
Who you are
- In-depth experience in software development and/or data analysis environment
- Confident handling of complex database queries and good knowledge of SQL and ETL Tools
- Experience in professional, technical, and data-driven consulting and product implementation
- Good knowledge of customer-specific product management tasks, ideally in the IAM area (Independent Automotive Aftermarket)
- You're a positive, open-minded individual with strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude, always open to learning and feedback
- Proficiency in English, and German knowledge is advantageous
What the job involves
- Develop and operate customer-specific data processing into TecDoc data standards
- Analyzing customer requirements and offering tailor made services in cooperation with the sales team
- Implementation of customers' data into TecDoc data standard (DIFM-Service) by using ETL-Tools, SQL & TecDoc maintenance tools
- Create customer-specific analysis, product reports, and diagrams
- Process optimization in terms of data quality and production
- 3rd-level support for data-specific customer requirements

TecAlliance was founded in 1994 to solve this problem, bringing together parts manufacturers to create a digital catalogue of everything automotive, and has since grown into a leading data analysis and order management platform for the aftermarket automotive industry.
The TecAlliance data hub standardises data for all parts and makes this information readily available for sellers, centralises official repair and maintenance workflows for easy access, and provides automation tools for invoicing and data quality checks. Compared to in-house solutions this represents huge savings in time and labour, and allows for greatly improved customer service. TecAlliance counts numerous major firms among its clients including AutoDoc, Bosch and Shaeffler to name a few.
TecAlliance continues to develop its product with strategic acquisitions, for instance, JNPSoft, a major product information software provider in North America. It is expanding its network of partners and subsidiaries and investing in data research to improve the effectiveness of its product range.
