Who you are
- A proven track record of achieving annual SaaS new business targets
- Demonstrable experience in the SaaS sector, preferably within the marketing industry
- Proven B2B sales experience gained in either a Junior AE role or a SDR position
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- A strategic thinker with a strong ability to solve practical problems
- Fluency in English
What the job involves
- We are currently seeking an ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our team
- As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
- You will specialise in our Creative Automation (CA) solutions
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a tech-led environment and be part of the Inspired Thinking Group, one of the largest independent production agencies in the world
- Win new business with a primary focus on our CA solutions
- Manage the full deal cycle, from initial introduction to handover for implementation
- Generate new opportunities through your industry networks and sector knowledge
- Develop and execute sales strategies for each opportunity
- Meet ARR targets of £500k+ per annum
- You will be supported by:
- A dedicated Demand Generation team
- A pitch and discovery team
- A pre-sales team
- An implementation team
- An active senior management and C-suite team who can provide support for closing deals
- The wider Inspired Thinking Group network
