  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Handling escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
  • Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem-solving mindset

What the job involves

  • Monday.com is looking for a talented Renewal Manager who will engage with our customers throughout the year to transact and maintain on-time renewals, cross-sell/upsell within customer base, and focus on customer retention
  • You’ll be a key and valued member of our Customer Success team and join a global Renewals Team
  • The Renewal Manager will be expected to drive continuous improvement of the playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization
  • Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reach out and negotiation to confirmation
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Finance, and Sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
  • Identify Process gaps to improve efficiency
