What the job involves

  • Proactively source both active and passive candidates for a variety of technical roles at Doximity (primarily in software engineering, data analytics, QA, and product management)
  • Screen candidate resumes for technical qualifications, availability, compensation, and other unique requirements, acting as a “talent gatekeeper” for our hiring managers and passing along the best and most promising for consideration
  • Be a good storyteller. Effectively communicate the mission and culture of Doximity to prospective hires and help them understand why we love what we do
  • Facilitate the interview & hiring decision-making process from start to finish, partnering strategically with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Exude professionalism and class, ensuring that every candidate has a positive impression of Doximity, regardless of hiring outcome
  • Drive the offer process, partnering with Human Resources and hiring managers to assemble compelling offers and close candidates

Doximity provides an app to connect physicians to one another, so they can stay on top of medical news and in touch with their peers.
