Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is passionate about systematic design, scalable information architecture, streamlined workflows, and practical problem-solving
- You gain a deep understanding of the needs of both the clients and internal users to advise your design
- You enjoy diving into the details and untangling edge cases while connecting the dots and painting the big picture
- You are adept at simultaneously taking on multiple threads of workstreams, addressing short-term design needs, and delivering value to users incrementally while making strides toward the long-term vision
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design
- A portfolio showcasing proven user-centered design practice and a high degree of design craftsmanship
- Experienced in crafting web products and UI for enterprise users
- Passion for distilling complex use cases and requirements into sophisticated, scalable design solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A self-starter and a teammate who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Meticulous, with a keen eye for consistency
- Experience working with Figma
- Experience with B2B SaaS and finance is a plus

- We seek a Senior Product Designer II to join our team in building intuitive, performant, best-in-class user experiences for our investment management users
- Lead all design aspects of a project from start to finish, collaborating within cross-functional agile teams to deliver a premium and cohesive user experience
- Elevate Addepar’s product experience through outstanding interaction design and data visualization displays
- Apply user research and product metrics to inform design concepts and influence product vision, strategies, and roadmaps
- Contribute to the expansion, evolution, and adoption of the Addepar Product Language design system
- Seek out and embrace feedback from your peers and collaborators. Provide thoughtful feedback, empower, and mentor other designers on the team to do their best work

Investment advisers require speed, clarity and flexibility when managing client portfolios. Addepar is a wealth management software platform created with these requirements in mind. The platform aggregates portfolio, market, and client data in one place, allowing financial professionals to analyze and visualize the data they need.
Addepar currently tracks more than $4 trillion of assets with circa 800 clients including individual advisers, family offices, and large institutions such as AllianceBernstein, Bartlett Wealth Management, and Morgan Stanley.
The multi-unicorn company has been pursuing global expansion, opening its first office outside of the United States in Scotland in 2021 and a new London office in late 2022 and appointing new leadership members from the likes of Oracle and Amazon Web Services. Addepar is certainly gaining momentum as it expands operations and further innovates its suite of solutions.
