Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in UX & UI design (not graphic design), preferably within a company that provided SaaS or enterprise products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing you know how to work on bigger products and their features
  • Experience working with AGILE project management and working directly together with developers
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills that allow you to uncover the true problem your designs have to solve
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools

What the job involves

  • As a Product Designer in Creative Automation, you will be shaping both the design team and the products
  • Together with the other designers you will work on improving the design process and our Design System in Figma
  • You will work closely with everyone in the product development team to design features and improvements from wireframe to fully functioning prototype
  • These designs could be for our platform, where our clients manage their content
  • Or for the Template Builder, which is our online editor for creatives
  • The mix between these kinds of different products results in interesting problems and diverse challenges, with something new every week!
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, product owner, developers and other stakeholders to properly scope the assignments. This will allow you to seamlessly integrate into the product development process, resulting in the best designs possible
  • Collaboration still means someone needs to lead, and that will be your thing for design! Manage communication and alignment on design across these teams, guarding the process, so you enable yourself to create your best work, from draft to prototype
  • We have our Product Development milestones but we also like to add value fast. You can adapt both your ideas and designs to feedback quickly, while you’re also able to prioritise the most important design matters efficiently to keep moving forward
  • You know your way around Figma, and besides bringing your design concepts to life, you will help to improve and build our design process & system with your knowledge on components, variables and prototypes. You’ll also stay up to date with other tools in the creative landscape so you know what our audience is working with outside of Storyteq
