Role

Who you are

  • You have strong experience in managing B2B leads across the funnel: from acquisition to retention & upsell
  • You’re highly adept at using Hubspot (or another CRM) to build effective nurture journeys: using audience segmentation, triggers and workflows, and personalisation
  • You’re able to test and iterate on messaging and conversion flows, across our website, landing pages, in-product and emails
  • You're data-driven, love A/B experiments to continuously improve, and get energy from building new things
  • You want to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives and careers

Desirable

  • Bonus points if you have experience across a mix of sales-led and product-led models

What the job involves

  • A bit of context on why we are hiring this role: today, we have a steady stream of B2B leads at the top-of-funnel, thanks to our historic efforts to build a strong brand. As we scale, we now want to create a more predictable lead engine and drive conversion across the customer lifecycle. This is where you come in!
  • Firstly - you’ll partner closely with the rest of the B2B Marketing team to launch and optimise digital campaigns via Hubspot. This includes working closely with our content production manager, and a digital agency that manages our paid ads.
  • Secondly - you'll build better nurture strategies within our CRM, with smarter customer journeys and triggers to generate leads for our Sales teams
  • Finally - we are launching new product offerings and pricing packages. You’ll create the playbook for an effective customer journey that drives engagement, retention and upsell
  • You’ll be reporting into the Head of B2B Growth, UK as part of a small (but mighty!) marketing team. We collaborate closely with a central team in France, with occasional trips to Paris
  • Together, we’ll grow the number of companies that use Otta to hire in a more candidate-first way and help make job search less soul-crushing

  • Short take-home task that helps us understand how you break down problems and structure solutions (1 hour)
  • Skills interview with the hiring manager Sakshi and another leader from our marketing team (1 hour)
  • 2 values interviews to meet your peers and leaders from the wider team in UK & France (45 mins each)
