  • Our BDR Operating Model is the foundation of best-in-class BDR teams, consistently generating a flow of new opportunities into the funnel, methodically processing leads to ensure high-quality output, and gaining visibility into the buying centre in a structured way to advance opportunities

  • As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the crucial bridge between our customers/prospects and the sales team
  • Your primary responsibility is to arrange meetings between the Sales team and potential customers/prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • You will manage a set of Mid-Market level current customers and prospects, aiming to discover new business, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
  • It means a lot of time contacting customers, hustling and chasing leads. But if you are prepared to put the hard work, in the pay offs are immense
  • Develop and deliver targeted messages to relevant people
  • Set up meetings to explore business opportunities further
  • Record all necessary information in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up by the sales teams
  • Leverage marketing campaigns and activities to build relationships and guide customers along their buying journey
  • Assess sales readiness of customers based on various data points
