• 7+ years of hands-on coding experience in Java or C#
• Proven track record of success in a collaborative team environment working on PC, Console, or Mobile games (Mobile strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in developing multi-threaded applications optimized for gaming environments
• Strong experience in architecting and optimizing distributed systems to support high-performance gaming applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
