• Demonstrated 8+ years of experience in UX writing or content design experience
• Experience with common design software and content management systems
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders from Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Globalization
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and an ability to communicate this efficiently to the team
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with a global team across different timezones in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process
• A portfolio or selection of writing samples and past work to share
• Passionate about crypto and the idea of democratizing finance
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team of writers or content designers

• Experience our products and services from end-to-end, conduct competitor analysis, stay on top of the latest trends in the content design field to ensure optimal product experience
• Incorporate user research and testing results into content decisions for improved product experiences
• Share your experiences and best practices with the team; review other team members’ work and provide insightful feedback
