Who you are

  • 6+ years of SaaS experience
  • 3+ years selling into Financial Institutions OR CX, Contact Center, or AI/Chatbot software
  • 3+ years of complex sales experience

What the job involves

  • As a vital member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in advancing Glia's growth strategy
  • Your primary focus will be driving new revenue across your territory to grow Glia's footprint across our customer base
  • Architect, manufacture, and drive forward opportunities within top tier enterprise accounts
  • Develop a strategic Franchise Plan within territory to prioritize prospecting efforts by whitespace propensity
  • Create compelling ROI analyses to illustrate the value of our platform
  • Develop expertise in the digital transformation and CX space
  • Sell using a consultative, quantitative and value based selling approach
  • Primary point of contact for licensing questions and identifying areas to further optimize the Customer’s key “Metrics of Success”
  • Provides partnership updates and alignment to Business stakeholders
  • Responsible for educating and providing demos for other lines of business (outside of current Glia deployment)
  • Responsible for providing Use Case workshops (onsite or remote)
  • Negotiate and close large contracts with multiple stakeholders

Our take

Relationships between credit unions and their members are essential in aiding the process of securing new customers, solving transaction disputes, and maintaining accounts. However, legacy computer systems and outdated communication channels, such as automated phone services, are preventing this.

Glia provides an integrated customer support platform for financial services that provides communication channels in the form of video banking, instant messaging, and voice chat. AI-assisted virtual assistants are also provided as part of the plan, providing prompts and suggestions to support staff based on the on-screen scenario.

The startup has reached unicorn status in 2022 with a valuation of $1 billion, and more than 250 banks, credit unions, insurance companies, and other financial services businesses currently use its tools. Its funding is being channelled into research and development to build more tools leveraging artificial intelligence - including an AI platform for financial institutions - and analytics solutions.
