What the job involves

  • We are on the lookout for a talented Outbound Campaign Coordinator to become an integral part of our sales and marketing team in a unique role
  • Your primary focus will include shaping the outbound sales motion by designing, initiating, and refining segmented B2B campaigns tailored for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
  • Reporting to the EMEA Demand Generation Team, you will be responsible for developing sales playbooks and launching segment-based campaigns at scale to drive revenue within NinjaOne
  • This role requires strong project management, operational, and process management skills, as well as the ability to establish relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including the sales, marketing, and other departments, as necessary to ensure that campaigns are integrated into overall marketing initiatives and communicated properly
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Development Team to plan, execute and continuously improve campaigns and playbooks for the Outbound SDR team. Define, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns
  • Provide training and support to the sales team as needed, helping to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively follow up on leads generated through sales development campaigns
  • Develop targeted sales messaging, marketing content, campaigns, promos and cadences, with a focus on personalization and specification
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing to ensure NinjaOne's positioning and messaging is accurately and effectively communicated through all outbound sales channels
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring all campaigns are executed in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales development, campaigns are integrated with overall marketing initiatives
  • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to continually optimize and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Research industry trends and best practices in sales development, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team as appropriate
  • Leverage the sales and marketing tech stack, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and more
  • Embody team oriented mindset, eager to contribute to the success of the sales team and company as a whole
  • Other duties as needed
