Systems Engineering Operations Manager, VAST Data

• Experience in Technical Program Management, SE Operations or Sales/Revenue Operations
• Experience with professional services or post-sales delivery in the information technology industry
• Experience in the technology or data management industry
• Familiarity with technical presales processes and deliverables
• Strong program/project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Prior experience in high-growth or startup environments

• The Systems Engineering Operations Manager will be responsible for building and managing programs and workflows that will enable our organization to operate efficiently and at scale
• This role will lead the development of programs, processes and tools that support the daily work of our SEs and SE Leaders
• The scope of this role will reflect the broad responsibilities of the SE team, including design/deal review, POCs, order prep, partner coordination and installation prep
• The operations manager will drive continuous improvement of these processes and the programs that support them, as well as managing day-to-day tasks associated with individual deals
• Own and optimize key SE processes including design reviews, order preparation, installation readiness and POC Tracking
• Develop and manage programs for partnering with VARs and service providers to deliver successful customer outcomes and revenue attainment
• Partner with other business units and key stakeholders to manage cross-functional alignment and support of the SE organization
• Drive streamlining and automation of repetitive tasks using new or existing tools
• Document and distribute SOPs, process changes and updates
• Track team activities and KPIs
• Provide reporting and analytical support to SE leaders
