Role
Who you are
- More than 3 years of significant experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Startup or a software company
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Technical expertise in data engineering, including experience with ELT processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Curiosity and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes
What the job involves
- As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our data initiatives
- You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, providing actionable insights and reports, and contributing to the development of our data platform
- Your technical aptitude, curiosity, and autonomy will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that support business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and ELT processes
- Participate in the creation and enhancement of our data platform, ensuring it meets the needs of various business units
- Provide technical expertise and support in data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that drive business value
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, data engineering, and data governance
