What the job involves
- Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation Mae Cadao, this role sits within ConductorOne’s go-to-market organization
- Manage our SDR Team and foster a collaborative, engaging, and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team’s success
- Establish, implement, and optimize outbound playbooks and campaigns to achieve new business targets and align with broader company initiatives
- Use data and insights to discover actionable segments, optimize conversion rates, and provide support to the SDRs where needed
- Own utilization of our sales development tech stack to drive efficiency. Stay up to date with emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Manage quota on a monthly and quarterly basis and coach the team to improve their research, outbound, and qualification skills
