Role

Who you are

  • 3-5 years experience in product marketing, in a B2B and start up environment
  • Strong understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and OKR driven environment
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to innovate marketing approaches

What the job involves

  • In the newly created Product Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products in the market
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, sales and customer success, to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate product value to our target customers
  • You will also play a key role in customer research, competitive analysis, and messaging development to ensure our products are well-positioned to drive growth
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define and articulate product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions that differentiate our products in the market
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and market trends as well as the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales presentations, and collateral to support the sales team in driving product adoption and revenue growth. Provide ongoing training to ensure consistent messaging
  • Content Creation: Work with the content team to develop a variety of content including case studies, blog posts, and webinars that effectively communicate product benefits and value to different customer segments
  • Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with the CRM and customer success teams to gather customer feedback, identify success stories as well as gaps in our service and become the voice of the customer in business meetings
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies and tactics to optimise results
