Senior Solutions Architect, Storyblok

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architect, solutions engineering, technical consultant or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs)
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences
• Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage
• Strong command of the English language

• We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing team at Storyblok
• You’ll drive successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing solution design for our strategic accounts
• You will design, prototype, and guide implementations of Storyblok in different environments
• You will work closely with the product, partner, and customer success teams to come up with tailored solutions that address the challenges of our enterprise clients
• This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
• Serve as the lead technical advisor for customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and expansion phases
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to define customer goals and craft detailed technical enablement plans
• Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and architecture reviews with customer engineering and product teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams
• Create and present technical proposals, diagrams and proof-of-concept solutions, as well as sample applications, prototypes and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok
• Advocate for customer needs internally by providing structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams
• Represent Storyblok at industry events, webinars, and customer forums
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a world-class solutions engineering team
